Action Planning
Humble Oak helps organizations leverage proven practices from their industry to foster inclusion and create a more equitable organization at all levels. We’ll work together to define action steps, timelines, key resources and strategic partners to make your vision for equity and inclusion come to life.
I encourage clients to view their diversity, equity, inclusion and justice strategy as a journey. This means crafting a three-to-five year plan, with both top-down and bottom-up efforts. Our plan will connect your organization’s business outcomes with DEI results and recommend next steps that can be implemented both at the structural and grassroots level.
Planting the Seeds Towards Growth
Dialogue & Listening
Our plan will start with an equity audit, in which we’ll work together to collect and analyze data to understand where there may be barriers to participation, access, and opportunity within your organization or community.
Action Planning & Implementation
Together, we’ll define action steps, timelines, key resources and strategic partners to make your vision for equity and inclusion come to life. I’ll support you in leveraging proven practices from your industry to foster inclusion and create a more equitable organization at all levels.
Evaluation
To ensure the strategy we’ve put in place is effective, I’ll provide your organization with an evaluation that takes into account both quantitative and qualitative outcomes of our plan. After collecting and analyzing data, I’ll provide you with proof points of our impact and recommendations of how we can improve going forward.
