Our Team

  • Lucretia Witte

    She/Her/Hers

    Founder and Lead Consultant

Hi! I’m Lucretia, the founder of Humble Oak Consulting. I fell in love with human development work after serving as principal in a public high school in San Francisco, where I led a team of 45 teachers and deans and mentored more than 100 new educators. When I am not working with teams or learning about equity and inclusion, I love to work in my garden and cook big meals, hike with my dog Liberty, read modern takes on mythology and write poetry.

  • Alison Blair

    She/Her/Hers

    Social Media Intern

Hi, I am Alison. I joined Humble Oak as a Marketing Intern. This fall I will be going to San Diego State University to study Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. I chose to intern at Humble Oak because I want to help businesses understand why diversity, equity, and inclusion are important. In my free time I enjoy baking, taking hikes with my family and friends, thrifting, and exploring new food options in the Bay Area.

  • Erika Kelley

    She/Her/Hers

    Consultant

Hi! I'm Erika, and I'm a consultant for Humble Oak. I joined the team the summer of 2022 with the hopes of bringing my creative background to expand Humble Oak's mission. In addition to working at Humble Oak, I am a writer and television producer, and an interior decorator. In my free time, I enjoy time with my family, yoga, and discovering new coffee shops!

How we learn together

At Humble Oak, we’re asking our clients to be in a stance of continuous learning and growth. In order to teach that, we must actively practice it as individuals and in our community. The Humble Oak team stays up-to-date on DEI and related topics through a wide variety of learning opportunities, including the following:

Night School Bar | Dartmouth College | River Valley Community College GrowCo | Center for Women and Enterprise | NH Small Business Development Center | Conferences | Reading research | Networking

We are always looking for more ways to learn about the needs of companies we serve and best practices in the field.
